Indiana Coroner’s Office has confirmed the death of a truck driver that was hit head on by a Ford Explorer SUV which failed to negotiate the curb and crossed the center line of State Route 286. The vehicle became engulfed in flames as a result of the crash while the driver was still inside. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
